OEM & ODM Phone Case FAQ

DUX DUCIS supports OEM, private label and wholesale phone case projects. Orders start at 500 pieces, with mixed models and colors, and a typical 15–30 day production lead time depending on product type and quantity.

Explore the answers below and confirm your exact requirements in a written quotation.

01 / PRODUCTS

Products & device fit

Choose the right style and confirm the exact device model.

Device models · Case styles · Compatibility

Browse phone cases →

DUX DUCIS offers wallet and folio, clear, magnetic, silicone and protective phone cases, with foldable case options also shown in the range. The catalog covers device families including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and Xiaomi/Redmi. Availability varies by exact device, case series and color.

Start with the phone case catalog and send the product reference together with your target device list.

Use the exact phone model, generation and model number when selecting a case. A similar product name or screen size is not enough to establish compatibility.

Check a representative sample for camera clearance, button response, port access and the fit around the screen. For foldable devices, also check the precise Fold or Flip model, hinge clearance and opening movement. Keep the approved device and case references in the order specification.

Compatibility must be checked for the specific case, phone, charger and accessory combination. A magnetic feature alone does not establish charging performance or compatibility with every accessory.

Share the intended charger, car mount, wallet or other accessory during sample review. Check alignment, attachment and charging where relevant, and confirm any required compatibility claims in the product specification.

02 / CUSTOMIZATION

OEM / ODM Customization

Define the design, branding and development work your project needs.

Logo · Packaging · Product development

Explore OEM / ODM services →

OEM generally starts with the buyer’s design or specification. ODM generally starts with a supplier-developed design that can be adapted for the buyer’s brand.

For DUX DUCIS, explain whether you want a new case concept, changes to an existing design or a wholesale assortment. The quotation should define the development work, customization, tooling and approval requirements. Explore the OEM, private label and wholesale project paths.

Yes. Logo, color and packaging requirements can be included in a DUX DUCIS private label enquiry. Available options depend on the selected case, its material and the order.

Provide logo artwork, placement, color references, packaging requirements and any barcode or labeling details. Confirm the available branding method and approve the agreed artwork and sample before production. See the customization details.

DUX DUCIS accepts custom manufacturing enquiries based on a specification, drawing, reference sample or new case concept. Feasibility and the development scope need to be reviewed for the exact device, construction, materials and functions.

Before proceeding, confirm any tooling requirements and charges, sample stages, design ownership and exclusivity terms in writing. A custom project should not be assumed to include exclusive rights unless the agreement states them.

03 / ORDERS & QUOTES

Quotes & order quantities

Prepare a clear brief and compare the full scope of each quotation.

Order quantities · Product brief · Pricing

Request a quotation →

The minimum order quantity for DUX DUCIS phone cases is 500 pieces per order. Mixed models and colors are allowed within the same order; the minimum applies to the total combined quantity.

Send a quantity breakdown by case model and color, together with your logo and packaging requirements, so the quotation can confirm the exact configuration and pricing.

Send the exact device models, case product links or reference drawings, and quantities by model and color. Include your preferred material, required features, logo artwork and packaging brief.

Also state the destination country, target arrival date and any inspection or product-test requirements. If your brief is still developing, identify the details you have decided and the options you want to compare. Use the enquiry form to share your project.

A useful quotation identifies the exact case specification, quantity, unit price and currency. Ask it to itemize or clearly include any agreed logo treatment, packaging, development, tooling and sample charges.

Confirm payment terms and the delivery basis, including which shipping costs, duties or taxes are included. Compare quotations using the same product specification and delivery scope rather than the unit price alone.

04 / SAMPLES & QUALITY

Samples & quality

Use the approved sample, written specification and relevant test evidence.

Sample review · Inspection · Test reports

View quality checkpoints →

Request a representative sample of the selected phone case and confirm its availability, preparation time and any sample or delivery charges. For customization, clarify whether you will review an existing product sample, a branded sample or a new-development sample.

Check the device fit, finish, functions, logo and packaging against your brief. Record the approved sample and specification version as the reference for the order. Review the sampling and approval process.

Agree the inspection criteria against the approved sample and written specification. The checks should cover exact device fit, camera and port access, button feel, material, color, surface finish and visible defects.

Include magnetic, stand or foldable functions where relevant, plus logo placement, labels, barcodes and finished packaging. Record the acceptance criteria and inspection checkpoints before production. See the quality review checklist.

Yes. Include the reports and destination-market requirements you need in your enquiry, then confirm what evidence is available for the exact product and material being ordered.

Review the report’s product identification, test method, conditions and scope. A report for one model or material should not be treated as proof for every case in the range. Any drop-protection, material or compliance claim should be supported by evidence that matches your selected product.

05 / DELIVERY & SUPPORT

Production, delivery & support

Confirm the schedule, delivery responsibilities and next point of contact.

Lead time · Shipping · Project support

Discuss your delivery plan →

Typical production lead time for DUX DUCIS phone case orders is 15–30 days, depending on the product type and order quantity. This is not a guaranteed arrival window.

Share your required arrival date and shipping destination when requesting a quote. Confirm the production start point and schedule for the selected products in writing. Sampling, new development, planned dispatch and estimated shipping transit time should be confirmed separately before planning your launch or replenishment.

Shipping arrangements should be confirmed for the order’s destination, volume and required arrival date. Include the destination country and city in your enquiry, together with any preferred delivery method or freight-forwarder requirements.

Before approving the order, confirm the shipping quotation, delivery term, estimated transit time and responsibility for customs clearance, duties and taxes. Keep the planned dispatch date separate from the expected arrival date.
