01 / WHERE TO START
One brief.
Three ways forward.
DUX DUCIS supports enquiries for buyer-defined phone cases, branding an existing design, and wholesale assortments. Start with the exact device list, desired appearance and functions, quantities and destination market.
From there, confirm what the selected case can accommodate, whether new tooling or sampling is needed, and which terms belong in the written quotation.
02 / CHOOSE A PROJECT PATH
The right starting point
for your range.
Compare the scope before requesting a quote. Final customization options depend on the selected model, material and order.
01 / PROJECT PATH
Custom manufacturing
Begin with your specification, reference sample or new case concept. Define device fit, construction, materials, finish and functions before sampling.
Send us: Device list · drawings or reference sample · target features
02 / PROJECT PATH
Private label
Start with an existing case design and plan the details that identify it as yours: logo placement, colors, packaging and labeling.
Send us: Case reference · logo artwork · color and packaging brief
03 / PROJECT PATH
Wholesale supply
Plan an assortment from current case styles. Share quantities by device, model and color so the team can check the mix and availability.
Send us: Model and color matrix · quantity per SKU · delivery market
OEM / ODM in practice: OEM typically starts from your specification; ODM typically starts from a supplier-developed design that you adapt. Confirm tooling, design rights, approved specification and terms in writing.

05 / HOW A PROJECT MOVES
From first brief
to approved order.
Each stage should leave a clear decision record so your team and the supplier are working from the same version.

Agree design changes, materials, logo, packaging, tooling and validation.

07 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Before you
request a quote.
Clear answers make proposals easier to compare and show you what to send first.
OEM generally means manufacturing to your design or specification. ODM generally starts with a supplier-developed design that can be adapted for your brand. Your quotation should state the exact design work, tooling, ownership and approval terms.
Yes. Include logo and packaging requirements in the enquiry. Available branding methods and packaging options depend on the case, material and order. Approve the artwork and physical sample before production.
The minimum order is 500 pieces in total, with mixed models and colors allowed within the same order. Send a quantity breakdown by model and color, plus logo and packaging requirements. Confirm any new development, tooling or other project-specific requirements in the written quotation.
Typical production lead time is 15–30 days, depending on product type and order quantity. Confirm the production start point and schedule for your selected order in writing. Share the destination and required arrival date when requesting a quote. Confirm sample preparation, any new development, the planned dispatch date and estimated shipping transit time separately before approving the order.
Send exact device models, case references or drawings, quantities by model and color, materials and features, logo files, packaging needs, delivery market, target arrival date and inspection requirements.
